Director and Head Teacher
Mrs. Janet Kain has been teaching and/or administering early childhood programs for over 30 years. She has worked in programs serving children with developmental disabilities as well as those with typically developing children. Mrs. Kain has a B.S. in Education with a speciality in Early Childhood and an M.S. in Special Education, both from Wagner College, she is also certified in School Administration and Supervision. Mrs. Kain started Cross of Glory Nursery School in September of 2000, along with Mrs. Barbara Hines, our Board President.
Group Teacher
Mrs. Audrey Downey has been teaching early childhood classes in private nursery school programs for over 15 years. She joined the staff of Cross of Glory Nursery School in September of 2010 after having also taught Vacation Bible School preschool classes at Cross of Glory Lutheran Church for many years. Mrs. Downey is the Group Teacher of our two morning classes for two and three year old children. She received her B.A. from Glassboro State College (now Rowan University) and her teaching certificate from Georgian Court University.
Assistant Teachers
Mrs. Patty Bellone has been an Assistant Teacher at Cross of Glory Nursery School since September of 2005.
Mrs. Patty Maloney has been an Assistant Teacher at Cross of Glory Nursery School since September of 2004. Two of her children graduated from our Nursery School.
